This innovative site, (based on the development of the unique Hazard Preparation Pocket Card pictured below), includes information on emergency resources throughout the state of Hawai`i. The informative and educational information provided will help communities prepare for natural hazards, mitigate danger, and prevent unnecessary loss of life.

The production of these “Hazard Preparation Pocket Cards” is a collaboration of efforts led by Dr. Walter Dudley, Professor Emeritis, University of Hawaii at Hilo, NOAA, the University of Hawai`i at Hilo, the UH Hilo Conference Center and Green Collar Technologies.
